The Giovanni Fattori Museum in Livorno - Granaries of Villa Mimbelli, the main venue, will host the final exhibition of the eighty finalists, which will be held from 17 September to 8 October 2022. Highlights include the new Combat Prize, to the value of ten thousand euros, that will be assigned from the jury panel to an artist from the eighty finalists, in addition to cash prizes for each section, and the Gallery Special Prize where seven galleries, leaders in the contemporary art system, and an independent space will select, each, an artist from the finalists to start a new collaboration which will take the form of a solo or group exhibition, or a site-specific project, in their own spaces in the 2022/23 season, thus giving continuity to the debate opened during participation in the Prize. The Poliart Award has also been consolidated, with the company, leader in the processing of expanded polystyrene, supporting the production of a work by an artist selected from the finalists, thus strengthening the fruitful dialogue between art, business, and the territory, which is fundamental for the development and knowledge of contemporary artists.
